Kushagra Nandan

Co-Founder & CMD, RED Co-Founder, REDi

Kushagra Nandan is a seasoned entrepreneur and renewable energy leader with over two decades of experience in building and scaling clean energy ventures. As Co-Founder and MD of REnergy Dynamics, he drives the company’s vision for sustainable infrastructure and innovation in the bioenergy sector.

He is also the Chairman of The Nandan Group and WOW Greentech, and previously co-founded SunSource Energy, where he led the company to a successful strategic exit in 2023. His prior experience includes leadership roles at SunPower, GE, and Conti Group.

Kushagra holds engineering degrees from the University of Massachusetts and Manipal Institute of Technology, and has been conferred a PhD (Honoris Causa) for his contributions to India’s renewable sector. Widely recognized for his work, he serves on national industry councils and is a regular speaker at global energy forums.

Maj. Sumeet Lahane

Co-Founder & CEO, REDi

Maj. Sumeet Lahane brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across the Indian Armed Forces and the renewable energy sector. A decorated officer, he has held key operational and instructional roles in J&K, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra, and earned prestigious honors including the President’s Gold Medal (IMA) and an All India Rank 10 in the UPSC exam.

He has served as an instructor in armament and tank technology and completed advanced training at premier institutions, including DSSC and IIM Lucknow. In the renewable sector, he was Head of EPC and COO at GPS Renewables before co-founding KLS Infratech.

As the Co-Founder of REDi, he plays a critical role in driving project execution, infrastructure development, and operational strategy, bringing military precision and deep technical expertise to every initiative.

Jeetendra S. Saluja

Co-Founder & CBO, REDi

With nearly two decades of experience across real estate, warehousing, retail, and infrastructure, Jeetendra S. Saluja serves as Co-Founder of REDi and CEO of KLS Infratech. He brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise to both ventures, driving execution and strategic growth.

His career includes leadership roles such as Executive Manager at Prozone Intu Properties, MD of Abs Fitness & Wellness Club, and Proprietor of Saluja Warehouses. His diverse background reflects a deep understanding of scalable business operations and infrastructure delivery.

Jeetendra holds a Commerce degree from Symbiosis College and an LLB from VN Patil Law College. He has also completed the Family Managed Business Program at SPJIMR and pursued Construction Management at Columbia Engineering.

Varun Karad is the Co-Founder and CEO of REnergy Dynamics (RED), and a passionate entrepreneur committed to transforming India’s renewable energy landscape. With a hands-on leadership style and a strong foundation in business operations, Varun has built RED from the ground up into a leading player in the bioenergy sector.

He began his entrepreneurial journey by successfully turning around his family’s pharmaceutical business—an experience he refers to as his real-world MBA. Today, his interests span across BioCNG, BioLPG, solar, green hydrogen, and waste-to-energy solutions. His previous leadership roles have equipped him with critical skills in stakeholder engagement, project execution, and crisis management.

Varun’s commitment to innovation and sustainability is reflected in RED’s integrated platform approach, which addresses the full value chain of renewable energy projects. Notable Works

Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) Plants

RED , predecessors of REDi have executed large-scale CBG infrastructure projects for Reliance Industries Ltd. in Prayagraj and Nagothane, each spanning over 20 acres. These turnkey infrastructure development projects include complete civil and PEB structural works such as digesters, gas holders, utility buildings, and equipment foundations, delivered within accelerated timelines.

Warehousing Projects

Developed multiple fully integrated logistics hubs across India. These facilities include PEB structures, paved yards, loading bays, internal roads and advanced utility systems, custom-built for 3PL logistics companies.

Water Supply Infrastructure

REDi has successfully executed comprehensive urban and rural water infrastructure projects, including the laying of 8 kilometers of Ductile Iron (DI) pipelines and 60 kilometers of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipelines.

 As part of the infrastructure, REDi has also installed and commissioned a 5 MLD Water Treatment Plant and constructed overhead reservoirs with a cumulative storage capacity of 30 lakh liters.

Our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) warehousing solutions are thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of modern logistics and industrial operations. Engineered for fast-track execution, structural durability, and energy efficiency, these facilities are built to the highest standards, offering Grade-A logistics infrastructure tailored to client requirements.
